Back to Normality
Today I had my first solid protein meal since I started my 7 Day Nutritional Cleanse;
150g Grass Fed Buffalo Patty
50g Organic Cashew Nuts
½ Avocado
50g Raspberries
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
My taste buds were quite heightened, the flavours were immense, it wasn’t a heavy meal but it gave me full satisfaction.
Today it’s back to a full training schedule with an Upper Body workout. I was able to increase my lifts by 10%.
I am now going to do a Modified Testosterone/Insulin protocol to increase lean muscle mass and drop body fat over the next 8 weeks. I will be attending the Charles Poliquin Biosignature Modulation Course to recertify in May and want to be in the best possible shape I can.
I am looking forward to the results that 8 weeks of hard work will now be achieved since I have cleansed out my full system. I lost 18 pounds within the 7 days, its more than likely that my weight will go back up within the next 2 days as I go back to solid food, this in theory should be lean mass as I increase my protein intake.
For next 2 weeks I will be following a strict Paleo Style Diet with a cheat meal once every 5 days.
