Top tips on how to Increase your body fat



What’s that you say? This must be a mistake; no one would write an article on how to put on body fat!

The art of reverse psychology is not a new concept. The advertising industry has been using it for years. I often publish tips of the trade on how to lower body fat, the best ways to lose weight etc.



I thought I would give you the top ways to put on fat just for a change…….


  1. Attend aerobic exercise classes especially spinning.
  2. Eat a low fat cereal for breakfast
  3. Use diary as your primary source of protein
  4. Use cheap supplements bought from a high street shop
  5. Make lunch your first meal of the day
  6. Drink coffee after lunch and into the evening
  7. Never eat organic, grass fed or free-range foods
  8. Make sure that you drink less than 2 litres of water every day and make sure that its tap water.
  9. Watch TV late every night, especially after 11pm
  10. Train first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

At first I was only going to give you ten tips, but I couldn’t help but give you a few more, just because they are so easy to follow.

  1. Never have a post workout shake.
  2. Use NSAIDS (anti – inflammatory drugs)
  3. Make sure that your Blackberry, iPhone or Mobile phone is always switched on, especially next to you when you go to bed, and use it for your alarm call.
  4.  Check your email as much as possible, at least every 30 minutes.
  5.  Always get less than 8 hours sleep every  night
  6.  Only eat 3 meals a day and make sure that they are more than 3 hours apart
  7. Follow a low fat diet
  8.  Eat starchy carbs every day, especially those advertised as a health food
  9.  Keep a TV in your bedroom and always leave it on standby
  10.  Make sure that your one healthy meal is always eaten at night time, especially about an hour before bed (around 10pm works best)
  11. Always exercise at night time, especially after 6pm
  12. Try and diet at least 2 or 3 times per year, especially after Christmas, before your summer holiday and after your summer holiday.
  13. Try one of those health bars as advertised by the girl in the red bikini on TV
  14. Use a Microwave to reheat, defrost or cook your food in.
  15. Eat tinned fish, especially tuna, for the extra mercury

I could have added at least more than another 25 tips, but I think you get the picture……….
