I get asked this question on a daily basis by gym goers, prospective and current clients alike. I tell them all the same answer, Patience, Determination, Focus, but most of all they need a Plan.
This means planning your next day's meals, your supplements, even your sleep needs planning.
If you have spent the last 15 years with little exercise, poor diet, excessive alcohol and high stress, its going to take more than a weekly trip to the treadmill and the typical low fat, low calorie diet to reverse these effects.
This is basically where 95% of the people I consult with are, before they begin The Fit, Lean and Healthy Programme.
So get a Plan, set your Fat Loss goals, hire professional help if necessary, be determined but most of all have patience.
