To lose 13 pounds of body weight in under 6 weeks requires dedication to attend regular gym sessions, focus on what food you put in your mouth and support from your friends and family. It also takes a correct plan of action involving a healthcare professional.
For example my boiler recently needed a new diaphragm (I didn't know that boilers had diaphragms!). I am not a qualified boiler engineer so I wouldn't have attempted to fix it myself, I called in a certified engineer, the job was done quickly and efficiently.
My point is: if you want to lose weight, why struggle by yourself, why dont you just hire a certified professional and get real results real fast!
