Recently I consulted with a potential member of my Fit, Lean and Healthy Programme. During the discussion it became clear to me that this person was looking for a quick fix without actually wanting to do any hard work. At the end of our chat I give her my conclusion that this programme wasn’t right for her as it meant she would have to change her lifestyle dramatically, sweat for at least 5 hours a week in the gym, detoxify her body and clean up her gut.
With an air of initial confusion, she realised that I was right; she wasn’t prepared to work that hard to get the results she wanted.
Quick fixes do not work!
This reminded me of one of my clients who came to me 4 years ago and changed her lifestyle and stuck to it.
Between 2004 and 2006 I had put on a lot of weight. I noticed personal training leaflets at my regular gym and decided to give Gregg a call; that was October 2006. We agreed to meet and discuss my needs - a decision that I do not regret."
I had such great results, this just motivated me to keep going and aim for even more. By the end of my programme my total weight loss was 20 kilos (44lbs), my waist was reduced by 17.2cm (6 ¾ inches) and my hips by 16.4cm (6 ½ inches) my total body fat loss was 10.61%!
Gregg will never give you a diet; he will give you a lifestyle! If you decide to train with Gregg, it could be your first step towards improved fitness and a healthy lifestyle. However, remember that, whilst Gregg is there to help, guide and push you all the way, you will have to work really hard and be committed to achieve your goal."
